The campus is beautiful! The lake is covered with snow! The trees and the benches, and... everything ! Lorenna Najera, a student from México saw snow for the first time here at the UEM on Friday. Mariluz & I happened to be on the bridge, taking pictures of this unusual event when she came out.
I hadn't been to the Zarzuela in years and wasn’t too enthusiastic about going when a visiting friend suggested it. Having always agreeably accompanied tourists to flamenco and bull fights and zarzuelas, palaces and castles, parks and museums, parades and processions, often against my better judgment, I was all set to reject the offer.

Everywhere you go these days, you hear Christmas carols. Let's see if you've been paying attention in the department stores and supermarkets, boutiques and novelty shops.
